My car was repaired before the estimated repair time which is a plus, however, the left mirror was not repaired/painted which resulted in me bringing the vehicle back twice to have this issue fixed. I didn't have a problem with bringing the issue back due to the location being near my home, however, it was an inconvenience because the vehicle could only be brought in the morning during the week which resulted in me being late for work both days.

The entire process has been a headache. The representative handling my case in the McDonough area was unclear about the personal expenses I was responsible for. Additionally, a previous repair had been completed on the car without my knowledge, and I felt pressured into paying out of pocket to fix the bumper. When I picked up the car, everything appeared fine at first. However, after driving it, I noticed that the bumper is still popping out. I now feel that my $2,000 has essentially gone to waste. I would appreciate it if someone could review my case and help resolve this issue.

If I could rate it higher I would. Everything was smooth and Melissa how worked with me was amazing. She helped me with literally everything. I could always look forward to updates on my vehicle and was able to answer any question I had about the process of getting the car fixed. The workers in the shop have my car honestly looking better than before. I have a show car so getting things back normally was my biggest thing and I’m glad I took it to the best.

I was involved in a car accident that damaged the passenger side of my truck. My insurance and I searched for a quality repair shop in my location. I selected Classic Collision to do the repairs on my truck. When I arrived at the repair shop, the ladies at the front desk made it a smooth experience. They willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. I received daily texts on the process of my truck and answering all my questions thoughtfully. I was shock that the repaired was done some quickly. The right side of my truck looked brand new. I will recommend Classic Collision to anyone in need of auto body work. I want to nominee the young lady working with me and the mechanic “Employees of the month”. They both desire a raise and a promotion.
