I had to call to get updates. The email updates are fine, but they got to be annoying since the day the car would be ready kept changing.

Overall repair was average, nothing impressive. I requested a small crack in my bumper be addressed while other repairs were being done to my bumper, but no attempts to keep a customer feeling special. Mostly issues with how the car was return so dirty. Overall communication while the car was in the shop, was very good.

I was made to feel like a very special customer when I first brought my car in to be assessed for repairs. I was told that a few other extra services might be done to make my car look it's best. However, my car was transferred to a different location and nothing special was done and it was not polished clean and it was dirty/dusty on the inside.

Same as previous comment. Just average service. My rep ignored calls from me after repairs were done. The shop was to "detail" my car since it was returned dirty, but no committment to get this service done.
