The work was not done popularly. My bumper was not fix correctly on my car. Chris promise to make it right. I am waiting on him to call to make an appointment to get fix

When I pick up my car it was not fix correctly. Chris promise that he will order a bumper, pair it, and I just come in to get replace. I have not receive a follow up call from Chris. I pick up my car on June 1, 2016 called on follow week to follow an Chris told me he get back with no return called from Chris or anyone else for Classic Collision. I called back on June 8, 2016 Cheis was not available, so I spoke with the manager Kristen. She told she will follow up with Chris to see if bumper been order and give call Thursday morning. Today is June 13, 2016 I still have not received called from manger Kristen or Chis. I very disappointed in the follow up with my car. I have had to called and will be inconvenient to get a issue fix. I can not even get call back on status of the bumper. This is my last follow with Classic Collision before I report to my insurance the problem and issue I am have with your company. Thank you Terri Gipson
