I had to keep calling to get updates. The car was first offered to be ready for pick up on Wednesday 2/9, then Thursday 2/10. On Friday 2/11 at 8:00 am I was told it only needed to be washed and final quality inspection. It was finally ready to be picked up on Friday noon. I had asked to also repair some dents on the driver side. Nothing was done on that. I was offered a quote for that when I went to get the car. I am still waiting.
