I appreciated this auto shop. They were professional and sent me text updates about my car. The only request I have is maybe to call when the car is ready for pickup. I know the text system is efficient but I don’t look at my messages daily and it’s an unknown number so I wasn’t always able to check the text and follow the link for an update. Other than that I was satisfied with my experience at ProCare.

The repairs were done well. I did notice a small chip on the paint after leaving but did not want to extend my time without my car. The repairs also took much longer than expected. My pickup date was adjusted twice.
