I had a very good experience at private. My truck was fixed quick and all the parts were replaced with original Toyota parts. My truck was then washed and cleaned inside and out. It only took them less than a week to fix my truck.

I was in orrectly advised when the repairs would be completed - twice - during the two week repair period. The difference between actual pick up date and what I was told was 4 days.

Sasha is an amazing employee / tech. He really knows his stuff. And his customer service is SUPERB! I trust this place and appreciate all the work they have put into my vehicle in such a short time frame. Now if I can just enjoy my car without some entity targeting it, that would be AWESOME!
