My vehicle was involved in a flood recently and after picking up the vehicle on Tuesday I notice that neither of the headlights work. I took a survey speaking on this issue assuming I would be responded to and when that didn’t occur I called on Thursday to voice the issue. Bring vehicle back Friday morning to be told that the lights were working when I picked up the car and I’d have to purchase new bulbs out of pocket. So what is most likely, both of my headlights go out on the same day I pick up my vehicle from your service or the techs never checked to see if they worked and missed that repair? I haven’t driven the car enough to validate the other work done but the light issue is enough for me to never use your services again.

Technician either is unaware of what was done or not done on my vehicle or he just lied to my face and told me my headlights were in working order upon pickup. Either way I have no lights and wasted my time returning to the garage.

Thought y’all did an awesome job right from the start! From checking in me getting the information to you that you needed etc. José, was awesome. He took care of all issues which they really weren’t any but he was there answering questions and giving me updates on a regular basis. Great experience! I will definitely come back when I need to.

I was provided with a same-day estimate, the parts arrived quickly, and I was able to schedule the repair soon after. Once the repair was completed, I was also offered a complimentary wash. I had to bring my young daughter with me on the day of the estimate, and the receptionist was very sweet and helped keep her entertained while we waited. Overall, the process was easy and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
