The whole repair experience was great. Michael was beyond helpful and just awesome to work with from the start. He explained every detail and kept me updated as the repairs were being performed. I hope I don’t deal with another accident, but if I do Classic will be the only place I go. Truly an A+ experience from start to finish.

During my car’s repairs, a tech tore the weatherstripping on a door that was not damaged originally. The service manager checked the photos of my car taken before the repairs began and she confirmed the weatherstripping was not torn prior to repairs. She also said y’all would order a replacement weatherstripping and install it for free. No one has followed up with me and I don’t have time to chase down a replacement for something I didn’t break in the first place.
