The service that I received from Lucas Harrison was outstanding. I contacted several shops before deciding on Classic Collision Menchaca and Lucas was the key. He was very easy to work with, very thorough, and gave me options. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the apparent low emphasis on finishing the work on my vehicle. While some of the delays could not be helped, I think that some could have. I paid out of pocket, had no rental car, and was without a car for all the weeks that my car was at Classic Collision.

I received timely responses. It seemed more convoluted when having to work with insurance but I don't think anything could be helped. I was very appreciative to get my vehicle back in time for an appointment. It would be helpful next time to know that a 3% charge would be applied when using a credit card. I was not prepared for that. Thanks so much. The repairs look great.

When insurance got involved, it was almost double what was originally quoted. Otherwise a great job was done and I'm very appreciative of them worming to get my car done in time for an appointment I had. The only other thing was I was told about a 3% charge to use a credit card, not before, but at time of payment. That made it very difficult on how to pay.
