Brandon is a problem solver. Brandon communication skill and ability to explain complex technical concepts is EXCELLENT! I didn't have too worry about a rental pick-up or a drop off EXCELLENT! Melissa EXCELLENT front desk customer service. She was patient, I didn't feel rushed. Melissa greeting and her welcome is EXCELLENT. She answered my questions appropriately wasn't Ghetto. She wasn't on her personal phone and handling customer. I love it when a person can do their job right. I will recommend this place 10 stars down. Great job guys.

I would highly recommend Classic Collision for your auto body repair. Brandon, my service advisor kept my updated throughout every stage of repair. My car was there for only 8 business day for front fender repair, I was expecting it to take longer. Drop off and pick up was quick and easy, I was there for less than 10 minutes. I’m satisfied with the outside of the vehicle but it’s making that same noise when the guy hit me from behind. It’s a popping noise when I press on the gas and when I stop. Very annoying.
