Took my 2025 Silverado 2500hd to Classic Collision for an estimate and repairs. Brian was very clear about material and labor costs. While my truck was being repaired, I was informed occasionally via text about their step by step process. I was very impressed and happy to hear from them. I went to pick up my truck. I was flabbergasted how professional their repair work. I thought it came from a show room! Thank you, Brian for your awesome work and Renae for great communication.

When reviewing my vehicle after an accident, they replaced the damaged plastic parts but overlooked more serious issues. Even after I pointed out that both the brake drum and differential were leaking, I was told nothing was found. Later, it turned out the axle was also cracked — which they completely missed. Because of this oversight, insurance wouldn’t cover the repair. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, I was simply told, ‘We don’t know anything about that.’ I had been a repeat customer, but this experience left a very sour taste and I won’t be returning.

I would 100% recommend them. I would never take my car anywhere else. I’m just blessed to have taken my car to them. I didn’t know the first thing about them when I took my car but I was so blessed to pick them.
