After taking three weeks to repair our car, it was not repaired properly. We were encouraged to complete a survey (with a bribe for tickets for a chance to win a cooler) before we walked out the door. I told Bryan that we would not complete a survey for a few days to make sure that the repairs were completed. The day after we brought the car home, a warning light chimed off and on for no reason. We contacted Bryan and planned to bring it back today so that it would be there when their consultant came in for that type of repair. We were under the impression that it would be complete today. We only have one car, and after calling a couple of times today, we heard from Bryan that "you can't have your car today due to safety issues." We would appreciate an accurate assessment of and communication on the issue up front so that we can plan for a rental car. We do not feel safe without a car and with no notification so that we could rent a car, and we do not feel it is appropriate to tell us that "I have six cars ready for delivery" as an excuse for not taking 60 seconds to call or text. We are disappointed.
