Brian was awesome. He scheduled my appointment a day in advance, and had me bring my Honda crv in at 9:00 am and they had it repaired before lunch. They did a great job and the price was very fair. I will definitely come back for any future repairs if needed.

Loved that you vacuumed and cleaned up the car. That was a nice, unexpected extra. So thankful that you were able to get the repair done in one day. Your staff is friendly and very helpful. The online appointment booking that I previously made got all messed up and Renea, the administrative manager at the front desk, went above and beyond to get that straightened out and got me rescheduled for the repair. You all even remembered me from that previous messed up booking when I came back today for the new appointment. The repair looks fabulous and the mirror works great. Thank you for the outstanding service and customer care.

The staff was so much fun and easy to work with. The whole process from start to finish was super smooth,except for the issue with the online call center appointment thing, which was not their fault and Renea' , the Administrative Manager was on it immediately, chop,-chop, to fix the issue. The manager, Ken, has a great sense of humor and a quick wit. He makes everyone feel at ease especially when you have no idea how much your repair might cost. He offered us coffee when we first got there in the AM and then offered us water when we came back later in the day while they finished up the last bit of the repair. The previous time, when the online people messed me up with the appointment, I was slightly annoyed and Ken let me go with him to their soda machine in their breakroom so I could get a Mt. Dew to calm myself down. The repair was the passenger side mirror. It looks great and you can't even tell that it's not the original mirror that came with the car.

I'm more than thoroughly satisfied with the staff and repairs at Classic Collision. They made life convenient and satisfying after an unwelcome, traumatic event. It was great to be able to drop off my vehicle at Classic and have a rental company car pick me up there and provide me with a vehicle. Classic made the repairs on time as scheduled. They even went a step beyond and repaired some scratches on my vehicle not caused by the accident. I strongly recommend choosing this Classic Collision location for repairs.
