My service from Classic Collision was a great experience despite the frustrating circumstance. From the moment I walked in, I felt I was in good hands with a company that cares. Tram was exceptionally excellent from the initial inspection, to the consistent updates regarding my vehicle, down right to cleaning a couple of fingerprints off my vehicle upon pickup. She was simply amazing and everyone who works there is very polite and helpful all around. My car was picked up looking even better than it did off the lot. The service at Classic Collision is the best when dealing with an overwhelming situation. Thank you the entire team at Classic Collision for a thoughtful collaboration.

I specifically asked for both the door molding and edge guards to be removed on both sides of the car. It seemed like it was understood at the time of the pre inspection of the vehicle. But the door side moldings were not removed when I picked up the vehicle.
