When I checked my tire pressures they left air in the tire of the wheel that was replaced. My other tires were 33 psi while the repaired one was 41. This shows some laziness on the part of the mechanics and was not a good look

Original appointment was not even marked down in the books. Asked for an additional separate estimate for a minor scratch figuring since you guys would have the paint it would be easy to do and got a more expensive price estimate for that simple job (more expensive than my car accident repair). When we rescheduled my car drop off date, for exactly a week later for the following Monday, I still received a phone call on the Wednesday of the original drop off week asking if we were still going to go through with the repair. This showed us once again the lack of communication in the shop because we had already spoken to someone who confirmed the reschedule. The updates even said they ordered the wrong part twice at one point. Overall very poor customer service and showed that they are not a very well running/put together business.

I was told my car was ready and went to pick it up, it was in fact not ready. The paint job was terrible, there was chunks of who knows what it The paint, the clear coat was running In some areas. And they didn't even try to buff or re paint the areas I mentioned in the beginning. The person at the desk told me this is what I should expect since they are not the factory and can not make it look like it did off the lot

very rude estimator was very unwilling to take a minute and take the pictures when brought the van to them, when I picked up the van and pointed out the bad paint job on the hood he just stood there and looked at me and when I asked if that looks correct to him he just did not answer. It is apparent that all they care about is zero quality and pumping vehicles out the door
