Nick and his team were amazing from start to finish! He was very communicative throughout the repair process and took care of extending my rental car when there was a delay. Nick and Billie went way above and beyond by staying late the night before Thanksgiving because I couldn't get out of work early to pick up my car when it was ready. This one was a tough repair as it took a very long time to receive the parts for my vehicle, however your employee Mika (not sure on spelling) was absolutely excellent with communication, and her positivity and smile made this an absolutely pain free experience despite the circumstances.
