Everyone I interacted with was so kind and patient and understanding. I have never had to bring a car in to be repaired, let alone bring one in to be repaired through an insurance claim. They did a great job fixing up my car! I hit an animal in the road and my grill came apart and I came in for an estimate and they ended up fixing it the same day! Very nice staff

The scratches were not removed and painted over On top of my bumper . They were to a point but I could still see them . It's not a huge deal - not returning to fix it . I'm ok with it being repaired- instead of replaced (the bumper ) but something that minor to not address the original scratches doesn't impress me . You had the vehicle over 2 weeks . Due to part being incorrect. Ok good but not addressing simple scratches ??? Thanks Coni
