We've had to use classic collision in for previous unfortunate events, and everyone is always so personable, easy to work with, and informative of the process. This most recent time, my enterprise rental wasn't ready yet as I had arranged it through the Geico app the day prior. Because of the personal relationship that was built between Classic Collision and Enterprise, they were able to message the employee at Enterprise directly and assure me that my car was ready and they hadn't yet had the opportunity to drop it off at Classic. To solve the issue, one of their employees shuttled me over to Enterprise for the rental. This is the kind of above and beyond caring for customers that made me feel valued and taken care of. They had updates for me along the way with when my car would be ready and ended up finishing it ahead of schedule. I recommend this company as the best to work with in town hands down. Thank you!
