Where do I start…hands down the best experience for my vehicle repair! Unfortunately, I had an accident last June, and the previous repair shop was just not good! I had requested a different repair shop through my insurance and they recommended you guys! From start to finish you met and exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in the young lady at the front desk was prompt with greeting me and was super friendly and walked me through the process and then through the damage to the vehicle. She explained everything as she was marking the damaged areas. From there I went and got my rental and the gentleman from there was great! He was thorough explained everything and made the process so easy. After that Tom kept me informed every step of the way with estimated times for completion and any hold ups that occurred. When I came to pick up my car, once again everyone in the front office super friendly and helpful to complete the process. Tom came out and went over the specifics of the repairs and the warranties. He walked around the vehicle to ensure my satisfaction! I would highly recommend you guys to anyone needing repairs! The repairs themselves were fantastic!! My car looks new again!!! I’m beyond happy and satisfied with the repairs done and the customer service!! Thank you!!

I’m completely satisfied with the repairs! I did not have a good experience with a previous collision center in the area and had asked my insurance company to recommend a different one this time around. I was a little apprehensive about quality of the repairs this time around because of that experience, but you guys met and exceeded my expectations! My car looks new again!

From start to finish, the customer service was excellent! The ladies at the front desk were amazing! They greeted me the moment I walked in and explained everything thoroughly and went over all the damages. They were very friendly and patient with any questions I had! Tom was my point of contact for the repairs and he was phenomenal! I have never had a repair place keep up to date on repairs and any delays. It meant a lot that Tom took time to call me and discuss details of the repairs, delivery of parts and what stage the car was at for repairs and any delays he explained thoroughly! Overall, I was very happy with my interactions with staff!
