Amazing customer service. They did a wonderful job on my car repairs and had it done 5 days before schedule. Jeff was super helpful and kept in contact with updates throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend classic collision to anyone needing car services.

The car was very timely serviced which I greatly appreciated as I was heading out of town for the holidays. When I received the car I noted that the fender liner was pulling away, and could be pulled off. The agent promptly got the service tech who agreed it was an issue. They took the vehicle in the back, removed and cleaned the piece and re-applied with no gaps. I was advised not to get it wet for 24 hours. I agreed and it looks OK. When I got home I found my 4Runner SR5 car emblem in the front passenger seat that I assume was taken off for pai? At any rate it was never reapplied. Ultimately the repairs appear to have been completed but I am not able to say it is great 100% as I don't think there was attention to detail. I do appreciate the communications and timeliness just not the quality.
