Kaitlin was very transparent and nice!! My car was even doe. A day early so I can have smooth transition especially since she understood I had to PCS/move duty stations the original date for it to be finished. Excellent and efficient service! Also the front receptionist guy I’m not sure name but was nice also!

Customer service was good very friendly made the experience less stressful very very informative and kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle I received regular text updates I was happy with the finished job the body work look good if I needed to know or wanted more information about what was replaced and what was removed they gave me an itemized printout with details of the repair

Very timely and understanding. It appears that no air valve was installed on my new tire however. Otherwise everything was great.
