Fantastic service would recommend this repair shop to anyone including family and friends. From the moment I walked in the front desk welcomed me with warm smiles and great positive energy. After getting my information the front desk introduced me to Kaitlyn who went above and beyond in making me feel welcomed and heard when it came to concerns about my car getting fixed making sure I had everything I needed. it was a pleasure dealing with classic collision of norfolk. updates were frequent and on time. the van was ready to be picked up on the exact estimated date. if we were to ever need to have a vehicle fixed in that area we will not hesitate to use them again

While the staff (both service writes and boy techs) were helpful and professional, time management and notifications left something to be desired. The car was dropped off on 6/8. Each morning on 6/15, 6/16, and 6/17, I received via text that completion was on schedule and slated for 6/19. The afternoon of 6/17 I received another message stating the car would be completed on 6/23. The morning of 6/23, I received notice it would be finished on 6/24 or 6/25. I went to the service center on 6/24 and was told it might take longer; however, I did finally get confirmation that it would be complete on 6/24. The car looks great, but the frustration was due to the postponements and false promises given.
