Overall, I’m happy with the work done on my car. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and so far, the quality of the work is solid with no issues. The shop clearly has good intentions regarding customer service, but there was a lack of proper communication. On two separate occasions, I was given updates that turned out to be incorrect. While I understand human error happens, I’d recommend the team double-check their information before passing it along to the customer. I appreciate the effort, and accommodations but better accuracy would have made for a much smoother experience. Thank you guys for fixing my car! Have a blessed week!
