The only reason this is a 9 is because I had to repeat multiple times to be contacted by my name and number and not my mother’s, who is the primary on the insurance. I wrote it on the form, I repeated it when they left a voicemail on my mom’s phone, and again through email and after the fourth time I was contacted directly.
