From the get go, they called me within 3 mins of getting my insurance information. I scheduled an appointment and 2 hours later dropped off my car. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and eagerness to help me, the information was very easy to give to them, they arranged for my rental car company to come pick me up from their office and drive me to my rental car. Where enterprise assisted me and immediately got me into a vehicle. I was home within one hour of dropping off my car in my new rental car. So from the time they called me at 8:30 in the morning, to dropping off my car at 10:30, I was home by 11:30 AM. It was a very streamlined and easy process. Then they called me with any kind of updates to my car and I also receive text messages with updates. When my car was ready, enterprise drove me back to classic, and I was able to pick up my car within 10 minutes of arrival. The job that they did was beautiful, it looked better than brand New, and everything was done with care and diligence. They even vacuumed my car wiped down my dash and armor old everything. My car received a bath. And overall, it was an outstanding experience. I have been to other repair shops, and I will never go to another one again. I have found my home, were they treat you better than family! 🙌🙏🫶🏻Thank You Classic for an exceptional experience.

The exterior repair looks good, but I’m still experiencing a noise that was not present before the accident. The issue has not been fully resolved yet, and I’m currently waiting to hear back from the prduction manager. Overall, I would feel more satisfied once this concern is properly addressed.
