Thank you go wherever fixed my bumper and even salvaged the original pieces. Greg - you were great at communicating and I appreciated that a lot. Also the car detail was everything I didn’t wanna do so thank you 🤣 and the car was pristine inside and out. I’ll be coming back for anything that involves car repair. All three Classic Collision Associates I came in contact with were customer-focused, professional and great at keeping me apprised as to everything taking place with my 2018 Honda CRV. I appreciate Josh, Gemida and the lead technician overseeing the work. The lead tech’s name and title I have forgotten because I was in the middle of another business interaction when he called. It was a nice touch, however, that he called and reassured me they were on the job and would care for my vehicle.

This is at least the third time I’ve used Classic Collision. My other Honda, an Accord, has been hit in the rear three times by negligent drivers.

Let me first say that this is the second time I have completed a review for this encounter. I will not do another. JOSH, GEMIDA AND THE WORK SUPERVISOR were great. I did not interact with anyone else.

I was impressed when the work crew’s supervisor called and reassured me that my vehicle was in the shop being taken care of. That was a nice touch. I was in the middle of something when he called, so failed to get his name written down and now cannot recall it.

when i came in i had just got and oil change and the fluids topped off , when i got the car i had no windshield wiper fluid , the hood isnt lined up , and i had a clip and bolt in the car when i got the car back other then that my experience was very good and they said if i had anything wrong or problems i can come and get it fix. they were fast i turned my car in thursday i got it back Tuesday of course with the issues i noted but other then that everything else look up to par.

I had an amazing experience with Classic Collision after my accident. From the moment I brought my car in, the entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Not only did they do an excellent job fixing my car, but their customer service truly went above and beyond. They even helped me with things that weren’t related to the accident, like patching a tire that had a nail in it. That level of care and attention really meant a lot to me. My car looks great, and the whole process felt much less stressful because of their support.
