There was a delay and miscommunication with retrieving my car when it was done. An employee was on lunch then apparently there was an issue with my car but it took a long time for me to get any update about it. I understand issues arise but I would have liked to have been informed a little sooner. I waited over an hour for my car that was suppose to be ready and didn’t get an update for about a half hour later while I watched people who came in after me get their cars right away with no idea what was happening.

I appreciate the technician informing me about the issues once I finally got my car but just a lack of information during the waiting process was a little frustrating. Front desk worker called the back to get an update for me on her own which I appreciate but the back maybe should have called up to the front as soon as the issues arose. A half hour waiting with no update was rough.

Best car service I’ve ever received! I’ve dealt with my fair share of difficult mechanics especially as woman (trying to swindle, talking to me like I’m incompetent, etc) and you guys were so respectful and helpful from end to finish!
