My 2021 Mazda went into the your body shop to remove some scratches from the rear liftgate and came out with scratches and a dent to the froñt left quarter panel. Are there any honest people or business that will admit to there wrong doing?

He did not perform a walk around with me to show the work that was done. They did not replace the pinstripe on the rear liftgate as well. Very poor service. They did not repair the damage that was done to my car. A second appointment was made to put the emblem on my SUV only to find that they still don't have one. Bad management!! Unproductive and very unprofessional!

Stay away from Classic Collison!

First it took a month for them to order and get the parts in. Second it took a couple months to get the work done. The final straw was picking the truck up without the repairs completed as promised. The trim was not flush and the wrong bumper cover was installed. I was told over a month ago these parts would be ordered quickly and installed however I am still waiting. I'm not sure what happened to this repair shop but stay away!

Everyone in the customer services from car check-in and check-out, rental car returns from the receptionist and from Tony (repair tech) provided outstanding services. Tony also went out of his to make sure I was satisfied with the repair work and provided additional recommendations for proper care of the repair.
