Surprised how little time it took to repair my car plus they kept me informed every step of the way: cost of repair; parts ordered,etc. The only suggestion I have is to have a large arrow pointing to their entrance. The entrance to the adjacent business appears to be shared with theirs. I made the mistake trice - going into the wrong driveway.

Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. Work was excellent. My car is 4 months old and looks brand new again. It was a little difficult to get a phone call back once my car was expected to be done but I am very happy over all.

On Monday 06/12 I was contacted by the collision center that my car was ready for P/U. I went to the collision center after work and went inside and made payment and given paperwork such as jobs performed and cost. After waiting for 30 minutes someone finally came our and said that there was a mistake. Vehicle still needed detail and inspection. Luckily I had not turned in the loaner. I was told.they would have it ready for pickup the next dat(06/13/2023). It's Wednesday evening now(06/14/2023) and still no vehicle.
