Great work on my car and the receptionist at the front desk is amazing. There was an issue before picking up my car where Jessie would not call me back when I was urgently trying to return my rental car. They were waiting on a payment from the insurance company when it was actually coming from me. Communication could have been better, but the managers figured it out and helped me get my car back.

Communication about my vehicle progress has been the absolute worse. Firstly, after them having it nearly a month I called to get an update, the mechanic working on my car been fired and no one bothered to let me know that they had to figure out the work load and pass it over to another mechanic. When I finally got the call my car was ready (after 11 weeks) I picked it up, and went to run an errand. I immediately realized my alignment was way off, and my breaks started going out, and wouldn’t work properly. The cars rear ended started making awful sounds. I had to pull over on the side of the road and called the shop immediately. Luckily this time I didn’t have my three small kids with me. They brought my rental to me and took my car back to the shop. Several days later, I still don’t have an update on what the heck happened. I’m beyond furious that they didn’t properly test drive and check it out before telling me my cars ready.
