the steering wheel had residue that was left (looks dusty, but more permanent as is not coming off) that was a nonissue prior to bringing in for repair from collision damage.

Lou is great but the work was not correct. My left fender that was repaired was not attached properly and there was a gouge in the right fender that was definitely a tool or some mechanical mishap! The 4-5 day repair is now 10 days.

Vehicle returned missing parts that were included on the estimate. Cover for the predictive cruise control camera not installed. Jessie acknowledged the mistake and we are still waiting for a call to get this part and installed.
