Great repair and mediocre on the notifications.

Only issue I had was with the updates during the repair. Sometimes I got daily updates. Then they'd stop even when it was close to the completion date. They said they'd let me know if plans changed and they didn't. I had to call them to finally find out my completion date had moved into the next week. Slightly frustrating, but the repair itself seems solid and they washed the truck and cleaned the floor mats and dash.

See comment on first question. I wasn't sure if there was going to be more than one question. Shop was responsive when I called. But I tend to believe people when they say they'll let me know if plans change. Also, the call center that scheduled the appointment needs to know that this particular shop is NOT a Saturday shop.
