When a truck comes in from being hit or any car. I believe the correct thing to do is go through the car really good before making a quote. I think it maybe a scam you guys have with Geico because they only pay one check to you then the costumer as to fill claim with their insurance even that it was their fault that's bs go thought the Truck make sure nothing else is wrong before make a quote

They kept in contact the whole process and made sure I was updated with everything going on. Pick up was a day early and I was running behind and still got me in and out. Even after closing helped me put my tag back on. The main desk lady’s name slipped my mind, but she was so very nice and helpful.

My entire experience with Classic Collision OBT West has been phenomenal. From the moment of the accident to the moment of me recieving my truck back. Their staff kept me up to date with every situation concerning my trucks repairs as well as any questions I had were answered with precision and knowledge. I was told I had to pick up my belongings from my truck before they could work on it, that’s where I met Ramon and Wilfred (shop techs) they spoke clearly to me and told me to not worry I’m in good hands and I believed them. Carol went the extra mile for me on a Friday! (Today) and stayed in beyond her shift so I could get my vehicle before the weekend began. KUDOS CAROL <3 Needless to say my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner so much that I got my truck a week ahead schedule. If anybody is wondering on using this company and their amazing staff for their repairs rest assured you’re in good hands. GREAT JOB EVERYONE !

Completely amazing especially carol that is a great woman. I’m so thankful and blessed for classic collision and their team. From carol, to management and the workers. carol worked with me and kept patients during one of the hardest times of my life and she didn’t even know how much of a blessing she was to me. car has overspray all over it that you can notice super easily and feeling of the paint is rough. on the other hand they claimed they “painted” my hood in the summary of all the repairs that car had which my hood was not damage by the accident so they only painted over the rock chips and you can see how much of a horrible job they did half oem and a big area of random paint on half the hood, super sad an upset they didnt do a complete job on the car even though the insurance paid them almost 5 thousand dollars in repairs.
