They could not do my job, but that was not their fault. The insurance representative assigned to me sent me there with an electrical problem. I asked her. Why are you sending me to a collision place when I have an electrical problem so it sat there for days wasting time and days on my rental which I would like to be reimbursed for

We were notified that the car was ready but upon pickup we noticed the repaired area was painted in a different shade and there was a paint chip underneath the tail light. The car was kept to repaint. We were notified the car was ready a second time. Upon pickup, we noticed the paint chip under the tail light had not been repaired and the rear fender was not aligned with the quarter panel. The shop hastily retouched the chipped area which left a paint bubble in the area. Although I was completely satisfied with a previous repair, this repair was not a pleasant experience.
