Having unexpected damage done to my car was upsetting. Finding Classic Collision to fix it was AMAZING. Walking in and being greeted by Marcy Stone, a friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient Office Manager, immediately helped me calm down. She assured me Classic Collision was a Preferred Provider for my Auto Insurance provider and explained each step my car would go through as she heped me with the necessary paper work. Marcy then introduced me to Service Provider, Maurice Peyreau, (a friendly, knowledgeable and very patient man) who took me outside and walked with me around my car. He asked me about the damage, took notes, and when he had a clear idea of what had happened, he walked me back to Marcy. He explained he was going to step away to prepare an estimate and would be back with me in a few minutes. Marcy offered me a chair, a bottle of water, and asked if I had any questions. I asked about how long the repairs would take. Marcy addressed the time needed to order parts, disassemble, replace/ repair, and paint. She gave me a time of about 10 days due to shipping / receiving of parts. Maurice stepped back into the office with a very clear estimate of costs. I already had 2 estimates from other shops, but was impressed by the friendly atmosphere, the level of knowledge and customer service I received from the staff of Classic Collisions. I made an appointment, and dropped off my car on Monday... 5 DAYS LATER(Friday)...MY CAR WAS DONE! All damage...GONE. My car had been cleaned inside and out... and it looked like it had when I bought it off the showroom floor. I've already told 2 friends about you and will be recommending you to many more. THANK YOU CLASSIC COLLISIONS!!
