I had an excellent experience at Classic Collision. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful when I dropped off my car and was waiting for my rental. I had an issue with Enterprise’s rental car service. I had a reservation with them a week in advance, but when I called, they informed me that they didn’t have a car available. Classic Collision’s front desk lady promptly offered to send one of their employees to take me to the rental car lot to find a solution. She even offered to take me there herself. In the end, I canceled my reservation with Enterprise because their staff was rude. I switched to Hertz instead, and in just one week, my car was done. They also provided me with regular updates on the progress of my car until it was ready. I highly recommend Classic Collision. I’m thrilled that my car was completed so quickly. Thank you! !

It was a long process but I have received my car back and it looked great! However, it kept making the perimeter noise more than usual. Even when I wasn’t around anything else and the noise stayed home for like three minutes as I continued to drive. Turn my music up louder to try not to hear it. It was on the same side that I had the accident on and nothing was around that perimeter.

Everyone was on top of communication, I was updated every step along the way . The paint was matched perfectly and repairs made my car look like new! My car was done and the timeframe estimated. They turned an unfortunate incident into a positive experience. I appreciate everything!
