I was very pleased from the moment I walked in with my damaged car. They treated me in my car with great respect the manager/person who took over my claim, went over the car, telling me what they were gonna do I asked for a very short turnaround and they tried to commentate me the best they could I would certainly recommend custom Collision.

Mike is the best! He walks you through each step of the process making you feel confident knowing you're in the right shop and the are going to take care of you. You will not be disappointed.

Poor attention to detail, something that is a must in your industry! Runs that were wet sanded but not buffed, indentations on the painted parts, Also I was not informed of the mishaps of parts missing, that were supposed be installed before delivery, if it wasn’t for me questioning the situation no one would have told me anything. So idk what happened but that was poor customer service!
