The actual repair was great! Very happy! However, was surprised there was some green residue left in several locations. I had to scrub it off. I found a very small paint chip on the side panel when I opened left rear door. Disappointed. I also had a paper floor mat and dust cloth in my back seat that were removed. Not sure why they would be taken. Minor issues in comparison to repair work. I would come back. The people were very friendly and professional.

The repair took FAR longer than it should have. They had to paint a bumper. I even supplied the part numbers (and images of the numbers) of the OEM parts. They still ordered incorrect parts and left my car OUTSIDE for two weeks. My car is NOT stored outside, ever.

The exterior of the car had tape clearly saying "DO NOT REMOVE" - the tape was removed. After a very close inspection, I found glue threads across the tailgate of the vehicle, in no world should any glue have been used in the replacement of a rear bumper.
