I was very disappointed with the service received. When I originally brought my vehicle in I was told it was about a 3 day job. I was then contacted and told it would be another week and then contacted and told it would be another week for a total of 2 weeks and 3 days. When I received my vehicle back there were still pieces that were broken that were placed back on my vehicle. I believe that these pieces were broken during the installation however giving classic collision the benefit of the doubt it would have been nice if someone had just called and said hey we found another piece that is broken it's only x number dollars to replace would you like us to do it. Instead they just put the broken pieces back on my truck and shrug their shoulders. Definitely lost my business. On a side note not dealing with my vehicle I had my wife take her vehicle and to get an estimate on a repair. She was treated very nasty with the individual saying that he didn't have time to do that for her and then started nitpicking about a recent paint job that she had done on her vehicle at another location. I will say that your employee Dennis was the best part of my experience. Dennis was very cordial and a very nice person to deal with.
