Repairs look beautiful, and so does the detailing of the outside. Only thing I’m unhappy with is that the driver side mirror fell out as soon as I try to see why it was jiggling. Anyway, I would highly recommend you, and will bring the car back for the mirror.

You did the job you were expected to do. However, there is a thing called total disclosure regarding charges. When I paid my deductible, there was an unexpected surcharge for paying with my cc. I believe I should have been informed of this before you processed the payment. I felt deceived. That wasn’t at all proper. My opinion.

The term full disclosure, comes to mind. When presented with what I must pay of a deductible, (750.00), I was never told that if I pay with a credit card, there would be an additional 3% added to that. Took me by surprise. Not very good communication going on there. Also, the next day, I noticed that one of the tires, had an air cap replaced by another, that did not go with the set I had. Insignificant maybe, but to me, speaks on integrity.
