Took 2.5 weeks to change 2 tires. Poor communication. Disregarded information that I included in my authorization form. I would absolutely never consider getting work done here again and I will actually be leaving Geico now as a result once my terms are up in October. Thanks for making an easy fix a total nightmare.

Repairs took longer than was told. Check engine light was on when picked up vehicle. Repair that was done to rim was not done correctly and now requires replacement of rim.

I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone at the short since Friday regarding a Scraping or grinding noises the car is making while driving that is making me go crazy. Sounds like the Disc Brake which was not making prior to the accident. Also, I notice they paint this bottom part white when it needs to be black as the other side is. Please get in contact me.
