While I appreciate the PDR and the quick turnaround, I was surprised that when I picked up my vehicle, the gas tank was almost empty. Only 4 miles to empty. I also didn’t expect to have personal items removed (taken??) from my vehicle. Lessons learned: remove everything prior to service and take pictures of the odometer, fuel level, etc. I happened to take pictures of my vehicle after the estimate was completed, which shows why this response to this question is much lower than the one about the repair.
