Ashley is sweet, courteous & professional!! Ryan was extremely helpful, answering all my questions, addressing any concerns I had & kept me updated on all progress repairing my daughter’s vehicle. Andrew is a great mgr as well! He seems to be really committed to his customer’s satisfaction. A great shop with wonderful people.

Repair was not complete but they told me to pick it up so they could get the rental car back. Car was dirty inside and out and the manager blamed it on a bad vacuum and me not picking it up the minute they called because it rained before I came. But when I cleaned off my car, 2 areas of paint came off in the area of the damage so now I have called Geico to come back in for the paint to be done when the part comes in that was ordered for the original repair

Manager was excellent at drop off but at pick up, very rude and not taking accountability for the dirty car (inside and out). Oil prints on driving wheel and car door were blamed on me even though they had car for 3 weeks and I didn't drop it off that way

Everyone was really professional, and when I was at the shop, the customer service was great. However, since my car was in the shop for nearly a week, I would have appreciated a phone call updating me what was going on/an ETA etc.
