It took 6 weeks to complete the work on my truck, replace the rear panel and to paint the panel and new tailgate. I was not given a completion date and emailed and called the site over 25 times. I was told I would be called back which never happened. I paid for the job in full because the manager told me the books for July had to be closed out. I finally got me truck Monday August 10th. The bumper doesn't fit, the panel had scratches on it as well as the rear of my cab I am very upset and have thought about logging a complaint with the North Carolina BBB. The manager said he was a perfectionist but the work was the opposite.
