When I dropped off my vehicle, I did receive notifications throughout the process which was nice. However, I was also told that more than likely I would have my vehicle before the estimated date of the 11th, Unfortunately, that date was moved to the 13th, then the 14th. I received notification that it would be ready on the 14th however, it was not. I was told twice, that the delays were due to parts that were broken and or not operable. I called on Friday the 15th to see if it was ready, since I needed my husband to pick me up from work by 3:15. When I called they informed me that they were shorthanded and that as a courtesy they wash and vacuuming out the vehicle, but they did not have the manpower. Since I needed to pick up my vehicle , since I had been without an additional 4 days. I said it was ok. My husband did a look over and noticed something on the other side of the vehicle and that was taken care with double sided tape. The tech said if there was a problem or concern just bring it back.

Excellent, personable, knowledgeable customer service and pricing! Kept me up to date on repair progress, answered all my questions and took the time to address my concerns.
