My SUV body work looks great but my antenna was missing & my left turn signal doesn’t work. I didn’t realize until I left the shop. I went back to the shop the next day and spoke with Austin but he never got back to me. I called again yesterday but no return call so far.

Unfortunately, I can't give a 10 because I find it unprofessional that, in order to retain my business, you offered me a car cleaning when I was the one who said, "I'll just wash the car and the seats and come back." But the estimator stopped me and offered to clean a stain on the driver's seat, which he never did. I don't think this is a good business strategy because you lack credibility, and it's also wrong to lie to your customers just to gain another car.

There are auto body collision shops and then there is Classic Collision. Impressive from the moment you walk in greeted by (Lori) and the cleanliness of this facility WOW! Not what you expect in an auto body repair shop! And then my guy (Joe) absolutely GREAT!!! I work as a Business Operations Manager and I know what terrible and GREAT! Customer service looks like and you all were absolutely GREAT!!

So, there are body shops and then there is Classic collision. A whole other experience, from the moment you walk in (Lori) greets you with a warm smile and care, and the cleanest body shop I have EVER seen. I have been in hospitals not this clean, and then my guy (Joe) absolutely the best service received from him and his expertise was top notch! Please note I work as a Business Operations Manager and I know terrible vs GREAT! Customer service, and Classic Collision is freaking GREAT!
