The work looks good but I have new scratches on my car that I didn’t have when I took my car in: I think they happened there. Some paint was scraped off the right bumper in two places.

The service and repair are good but there is a large pothole in the parking lot that is hard to avoid and navigate. This is a problem because potholes often damage cars.

The shop did not seem knowledgeable in the repairs. They compensate with this lack of knowledge by trying to put off the responsibility and explain away. If I did not have as much mechanical background they could have easily taken advantage of me.

Failed to complete the calibration after the repair of the alignment. Did not spot the knuckle was broken until it went to a 3rd party for work

I turned my car over on the 28th of August. It was a holiday weekend but my car was done before the expected date of repairs! The front desk receptionist was such a joy and super nice. When picking up my car it was cleaned on the inside and the repairs were so seamless you can’t tell I was rear ended! Great communication the entire time! I would recommend this shop over any in the area!
