I used Classic before and was over the moon with how I was treated, but this time I was less satisfied.

Overall the team did a good job, but they didn’t fix my horn (which was one of the main issues I had with the car). Instead of telling me this, they sent me home and I had to call and have it looked at again, all to find out that they couldn’t fix my horn and I’d have to take it somewhere else.

The car repair looks good, and the car was returned clean and in like new condition. Every staff member was professional, courteous, helpful and kind. Communication about the status was good. They worked hard to return the vehicle as soon as it was possible to accommodate my need.

Like stated before, the actual repair that was requested is OEM quality and amazingly done. However the handling of my vehicle afterwards is a huge issue which keeps me from recommending to others.

Quality of the requested repair is phenomenal, however my vehicle is now covered in scratches, has another small dent on the rear passenger door, and a chunk of my hatch’s weather seal is now missing.
