Car was fixed in a timely manner. Shop gave updates on when the car was available for pickup. I am thankful that the inside and outside of the vehicle was cleaned. I am very satisfied with the work done to fix the vehicle.

My only issue right now is my windshield wipers are not working properly one goes in and down but the other one doesnt go up it's like it's stuck but other then that satisfied

The only feedback I would give is to advertise that you can leave a rental car when picking up your car. I was told that I foul not do so. Before picking up my car, I went to Hertz to return my rental, where I was told that they have picked up rentals frequently from Classic Collision. Had I known that, it would’ve been much more convenient for me instead of coordinating with others to drive me to CC.

They did a very nice job repairing the bumper on my car. The work is great. It took a bit of time to get a replacement part in for a fog lamp, but they gave me my car back instead of keeping my car for longer while waiting for the part to arrive. When it did, they were able to change it out really quickly.
