The only feedback I would give is to advertise that you can leave a rental car when picking up your car. I was told that I foul not do so. Before picking up my car, I went to Hertz to return my rental, where I was told that they have picked up rentals frequently from Classic Collision. Had I known that, it would’ve been much more convenient for me instead of coordinating with others to drive me to CC.

They did a very nice job repairing the bumper on my car. The work is great. It took a bit of time to get a replacement part in for a fog lamp, but they gave me my car back instead of keeping my car for longer while waiting for the part to arrive. When it did, they were able to change it out really quickly.

Kenny and Scott were great.kenny called and kept me informed about the status of my car throughout the week. They were friendly and seem to genuinely care about me getting my car repaired. I met Scott at the end when picking up my car and he made the process seamless and explained everything in detail. Great staff!!
